PokéLoot offers wholesale purchasing opportunities for approved retailers and business customers interested in purchasing sealed Pokémon products in larger quantities.

1. Wholesale Eligibility

Wholesale purchasing is intended for legitimate businesses, retailers, online stores, and other approved commercial customers.

PokéLoot may request business information before approving a wholesale account or order, including:

  • Business name

  • Business address

  • Contact information

  • Website or online store

  • Business registration or tax information, where applicable

  • Intended use or resale channel

Approval of a wholesale account is at the sole discretion of PokéLoot and does not guarantee that every wholesale order will be accepted.

2. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are subject to product availability.

Because sealed Pokémon products can have limited availability and fluctuating demand, PokéLoot may establish minimum order quantities, purchase limits, or quantity restrictions for individual products.

Wholesale prices and available quantities may change without prior notice.

A wholesale order is not considered final until PokéLoot confirms the order and payment requirements have been satisfied.

3. Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale pricing is available only to approved wholesale customers.

Wholesale prices may differ depending on:

  • Product

  • Quantity ordered

  • Availability

  • Current market conditions

  • Promotional or allocation restrictions

Prices quoted by PokéLoot are valid only for the period specified in the quotation or order confirmation.

PokéLoot reserves the right to correct pricing or availability errors.

4. Payment

Wholesale orders must be paid according to the payment terms provided by PokéLoot.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders must be paid in full before shipment.

PokéLoot may require payment in advance for new wholesale customers or certain high-value orders.

Any payment processing fees, taxes, customs duties, or other applicable charges will be handled according to the applicable order terms and laws.

5. Shipping

Wholesale orders are shipped using standard shipping unless another shipping arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.

Shipping costs may vary depending on order size, destination, and applicable carrier charges.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

PokéLoot is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, public holidays, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Product Condition

PokéLoot primarily sells sealed Pokémon products.

Products are supplied in the condition received from manufacturers, distributors, or authorized supply channels, subject to any applicable agreements and legal requirements.

Minor imperfections to external packaging, such as small dents, scratches, creases, or other cosmetic variations, may occur during manufacturing, storage, or transportation and do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

PokéLoot does not guarantee specific cards, pulls, rarities, or contents inside sealed Pokémon products.

7. Returns & Wholesale Claims

Wholesale returns are subject to prior approval from PokéLoot.

Customers must contact contact@PokéLoot.shop before returning any wholesale products.

Claims for damaged, incorrect, or missing products should be submitted as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and should include:

  • Wholesale order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographs of the products

  • Photographs of the shipping box and packaging where relevant

Products should not be returned without receiving instructions from PokéLoot.

Any approved refund, replacement, or other resolution will be determined after the claim has been reviewed.

8. Cancellation

Wholesale orders may be cancelled only before shipment and subject to confirmation by PokéLoot.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

For products that have been specifically allocated, reserved, or specially ordered for a wholesale customer, cancellation may be restricted.

9. Resale

Approved wholesale customers may resell products purchased from PokéLoot, subject to applicable laws, manufacturer requirements, platform rules, and any specific restrictions communicated by PokéLoot.

Wholesale customers are responsible for ensuring that their own business, advertising, pricing, tax, and resale practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.

10. Account Restrictions

PokéLoot reserves the right to suspend or terminate wholesale purchasing privileges if a customer:

  • Provides false or misleading business information.

  • Fails to make required payments.

  • Engages in fraudulent activity.

  • Repeatedly violates wholesale terms.

  • Misuses promotional or wholesale pricing.

  • Engages in conduct that may harm PokéLoot or its suppliers.

11. Availability & Allocations

Some Pokémon products may be subject to limited availability or allocation.

PokéLoot does not guarantee continuous availability of any particular product.

If demand exceeds available inventory, PokéLoot may limit quantities or allocate available stock among approved wholesale customers.

12. Taxes, Duties & Import Charges

Wholesale customers are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, import charges, or other government fees that apply to their order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

International customers are responsible for ensuring that products can legally be imported into their destination country.
